While lots of dressed and face painted kids, accompanied by their parents, were walking in all of the streets of Galway to go “trick or treat”, Blair and Niall welcomed their first child, Elinor Connolly. It was as soon as the night of the thirty first of October has fallen that Elinor decided to appear in the Maternity hospital Monaco of Galway.

Elinor lives with both her parents, and Mushu, her hazel tabby cat. They live in Kerwins Lane, Ilford, England, above Elinor’s mum’s flower shop. Elinor’s mother is a muggle-born with a “muggle” profession. On the other hand, Elinor’s father is a wizard-born and he works from home as a journalist at the Ministry of Magic. Elinor says she is lucky to have inherited of her parents “power” because she has always wanted to study at Hogwarts.

Elinor discovered she was a witch at age 6 when she did her daily checkup on Blair’s flower shop, and at the end of it, she noticed that the sunflower that was dedicated for her was dehydrated, therefore dying. Crazed, she ran over to the back of the shop, where gardening utensils were stored, and grabbed a watering can and filled it up as fast as she could. Once the watering can was filled up, she rushed back to her plant but on her way there, she tripped and fell face to the ground. When she got up, she had the not so wonderful surprise that the water the watering can kept, spread all over the floor. Angry, she just stood there, trying to control herself, while the tiniest cloud she has ever seen, made its way above the sunflower and let go of a soft rain. After a few drops, the sunflower regained strength and life. Elinor watched erverything with amazed eyes.

If we were to describe Elinor, the first thing we’d notice is her facial features. Her beautiful icy blue eyes, her ginger hair or even her small “freckled” nose.

At her youngest age, Elinor started to admire autumn, its rich colors, the sound of the dead leaves beneath her feet and of course, her birthday. It was no wonder that Elinor wore only the various colors representing fall. She usually wears cute but comfortable outfits that are topped off with her beige Converse.
