Maia was raised in an apartment above her fathers floral shop. She has been raised by her father alone for as long as she can remember. All she knows about her mother is that she was a pureblood witch. Maia first started showing signs of magic at a very young age. At age 4 she caused a sunflower to grow to 4 feet tall in a few moments. Maia has been dreading the day she has to leave her father, but is excited to learn so much about magic! Maia was very excited to go to London, as she had never been out of her small town. Her appearance is a tall, lanky girl with strawberry blonde hair and hazel eyes. She has freckles along her nose and cheeks, which her father called her 'stars'. Maia has 1 younger brother named Mason and a younger sister named Margo. Maia is mainly excited for herbology (as her father is a florist) and charms. Her birthday is on December the 4th. Maia is a Sagittarius. Personality wise, she is charming and smart. But, she is not afraid to be resilient when it is needed. She doesn't care what house she is put in, though her father wants her to be a Hufflepuff like him. As long as she does well in class, he doesn't care too much though. She feels as if Ravenclaw was a good choice, and she hopes to excel among her peers.
