Elizabeth McNair is a half-blood that resides in an urban arpartment in St. Andrews, Scotland. She lives with her mother, Amelia, and her two younger brothers, Charlie and Logan.
Amelia McNair is a Muggle that has lived in St. Andrews her entire life. She works as a graphic designer for a online retail store. That means that she normally works right out of her apartment. That's really important considering she has three children to take care of.
Elizabeth has a father too named Alexander Murphy. He is a pure-blood wizard that grew up in Ireland. He and Amelia are currently divorced. Alexander lived with them until Elizabeth was around seven. Then Alexander and Amelia divorced and Alexander left without any word. Whenever Elizabeth asks her mother about the details she just says she'll tell her when she's older.
Then there's Charlie and Logan. Charlie is ten years old but is wise beyond his years. He is extremely intelligent for his age and is about as well spoken as a philosopher. Charlie and Elizabeth are really close and teach each other both about the world.
Logan is four years old. He is super funny, both on purpose and on accident. Elizabeth isn't as connected with him as she is with Charlie since Logan is really young, but they still have a really strong bond.
Elizabeth herself never really experienced magic since her father never really liked performing it in front of the family, but she knew what she was. Her first magical experience was when she was five. It was Christmas morning and all the lights were off. She woke up and started yelling around the house for everyone to wake up. Then suddenlly every single light and appliance in the house turned on waking everyone up. Her father and mother needless to say were very suprised.
