Backstory: Colin Benjamin Michael George Marwen was born on February 12, 2008. To proud parents Amanda and Benjamin Marwen. His mother died soon after his birth due to pancreatic cancer. He doesn't remember much of her, other than her bright smile and big blue eyes. His father is a captain in her majesties royal navy. His father had never really had much experience with kids, so he sent Colin to a borading school in Scottland while he was being deployed. Over the summers, Colin stayed with his Aunt Margaret, more affectionately known as Meg, and Uncle Grant Stevens his mothers sister, who had no children. He took a special liking to his aunt and prefered to spend time with her. She taught him how to draw. He enjoyed that immensly and seemed to have a special talent. At boarding school, Colin didn't talk much. He was very introverted and didn't have any friends. He didn't do very well in school, he prefered to be outside climbing trees or drawing them. He often found himself in detention for drawing on the desks or ignoring the teacher. Colins first display of magic was when he was drawing and his pictures sprung from the page. The drawings ran away and Colin never saw them again. His father never visited him when he was on leave, the only time he ever contacted him was every year on his birthday. He would send him a postcard and a handful of dirt from where ever he was. It was a sentamental thing to Colin because it's all he had of his father. When he was sent his letter he wasn't happy or sad. It would just be like going to a different borading school. That is his life story so far.
