History:
Lewis Burns was born in Scotland, but moved to Belfast, Ireland in August 1st on a hot summer day. He was raised by his muggle grandmother (Aileen Burns) for most of his life, due to the death of his Witch mother (Brigid Burns) after birth, and the absence of his Muggle father (Niall Burns). All he knows about his father is that he was a very rich man, and quite the alcoholic. He and his mother met at Hogwarts, and were quite naive (according to his grandmother). He has a very good relationship with his grandmother. She is very outspoken and quite literally funny. She speaks her mind and cares about him more than anyone. She always looks down on his father, and will do anything for Lewis. He has always looked very mature for his age, and many girls have had a short go at him, but overall, he’s quite quiet. He doesn’t feel tall, and mature, he just feels like anyone who was raised by their grandmother.

Hobbies:
He loves to read, and write. But he also enjoys baking with his grandmother most of the time if he’s got nothing to do. He, at times, can seem depressed, but that is just the nature of him that makes him look that way. He loves all sorts of sports, particularly American football, But ever since his grandmother told him, he has been quite the Quidditch fanatic. He loves to draw, and listen to music; his favorite being rap surprisingly. He had learned that he could spit a few bars if he had to! He is also quite smart. In muggle school, he skipped a grade and also made top scores in all of his works.

How He Discovered Magic:
Lewis was in a pub with his grandmother one day. She was bringing in her baked goods for a sale, and there were lots of people from around town to taste her baking. Lewis, was frankly reading a book about the Japanese quidditch team, when a piggy little red-haired boy slipped from behind his mother, and stole a Pumpkin Pastry from the sale table. Without thinking, Lewis stared the boy down, and surprisingly, the boy flew upside down from his ankle, and the pastry floated kindly out of his pink fingers. That was when his grandmother explained all about the wizarding world, about all the wonders and creatures that would soon await him in the magical world. Ireland didn’t seem like the place for him, and they took a vacation to England on his 11th birthday. He was in a nice hotel, reading his favorite novel about the history of Quidditch, when he received his letter from Hogwarts. He was ecstatic and went directly to Diagon Alley to get his school books and supplies.
