This is Halitreia Bette Latimer. She's a kind, generous, and enthusiastic young witch who loves magic and how it affects the world. She's a knight at heart and aims to protect those she cares about, no matter the cost. She imagines a bright future for herself and thinks to make her dream of great achievements come true she has to start by doing her best in whatever comes her way. Going to Hogwarts she feels she needs to help others, do well in her classes, and just be happy.
She was born on May 22nd, 2008, which happened to be a nice and sunny day. Her birthplace is Peterborough, England, but she moved twice in her life so far and now lives in Perranporth. Her parents are Jacques and Cellina Latimer, two hardworking wizards who want only the best for their children, although sometimes their children don't feel that's the case. Besides Hailey, which she also goes by, there's her older brother Harrison, who's sixteen, and her younger sister Harriett, who's eight. Being a middle child Hailey has her sibling spats, envying the youngest for getting spoiled and despising the oldest for getting to do things she can't.
Hailey went to a private school for young wizards and witches before she attended Hogwarts. That's where she made her bestest friends, who also attend the same school now, and where she first used her magic, when she was seven. She discovered her love for charms, Quidditch, and magical beasts, things that keep her active and alert. She likes things that keep her on her toes, since she has a curious eye for facts, stories, and details; thought-provoking topics interest her, which comes from her mother who is a lawyer.
While Hailey is kind and enthusiastic, she isn't the most patient or loyal person. The reason she does certain things is because she thinks it's for the best, but that doesn't mean that it'll make anyone happy. She's the type of person who does things that needs to be done, but for the good of all. That means if she thinks she needs to switch sides, from friend to enemy of the friend, she will. Although Hailey's parents taught their children that hard work pays off, Hailey finds herself giving into stress and impatience a lot. She wants to do her best but sometimes, most likely because she's young and has a lot of energy, she moves on to something else.
Hailey can be thought of as an average eleven-year-old with a decent face. She doesn't strive for looks, she's more of a comfort girl as long as it's comfortable for her. She has long, curly, light brown hair that is hard to manage so she usually leaves her mane to it's on will or ties it in ponytails if it's in her way. She has pale green eyes that stand out especially in the sunlight, like glistening pond water. Hailey has brown freckles across the bridge of her nose and her cheeks, and a dimple on the left side of her face. She's 4'8" and she weighs 78 lbs.
