Gwen, also known as Guinevere Mordecai Blackleach, was born to a Mr. Eugene and Silvana on February 20th, the night of a lunar eclipse. She was a pretty little baby with jet black hair and even darker eyes the color of abyss. Even stranger was the birthmark that resulted from poliosis on her left eye, leaving specks of white on her eyelashes and eyebrows.

Her family lives in Wolfsbane Manor in Haslemere, England. It's a gothic themed structure and is very eery to most viewers. It was passed down from her father's side of the family. Her parents prefer to live isolated from the rest of the world, in location and socialization. Her father works as a Curse-Breaker and her mother a potion brewer. They homeschooled their children personally so their minds wouldn't be plagued by the bias opinions of others, providing them with a humongous library full of information from every era, idea, and practice. Although keeping the world vague worked somewhat for their youngest children, Guinevere was too curious and open-minded to just follow suit. She was the one who found and replenished the secret garden as a gift to her mother, much to everyone's delight.



Guinevere, pronounced "gwen-na-veer", is the oldest child in her family, first to her younger twin siblings Avarice and Hemlock, a girl and boy, who are complete opposites beyond just gender. One wants to be popular and social active while the other wants to be left alone and almost hates interaction. Their parents homeschooled their themselves on unbiased ideas and to avoid trouble in the dark world. Avarice felt like the wizarding world was amazing and despises her heritage, wishing to be a pureblood, while Guinevere accepted the world and tried to enjoy it as best as possible, whether people liked her way or not.



As a young child she liked to wander off, especially in large areas, and figure things out by herself. She wasn't very close with her parents and made friends mostly online, who talked about what they did with their family and how irritating their family members were. Guinevere couldn't relate but she envied what they had and grew up to liking being independent and sticking to herself. Growing up she liked to watch her mother brew potions for the shop she co-owned and one day, when she was four and her mother was away, she grabbed her wand and unintentionally made every object in the room animated, flying around and messing everything up. Her mother was more upset than happy, but she did praise Guinevere for finally being able to use her powers, although that's when her family became more concerned about her curiosity.



Guinevere is thought of as many things but unique is the main one she hears frequently. Sometimes it can be in a bad way or a good way, but she does nearly everything she does for her own entertainment. She's not shy unless she chooses to be and she's generally friendly but that doesn't mean that she trusts you. Guinevere likes to use people for her personal gains but those she does think of as a friend, they most likely did something she admired. She prefers music, reading, and drawing over social interaction, and she'll be as straightforward to you if she doesn't feel like talking. Her favorite subject is potions and the art of brewery is something that descends from her mother's side of the family.



Guinevere is an average eleven year old girl, physically. She's 4'9 and weighs 86 lbs. Her hair is usually long, dark and wavy but she currently dyed it golden brown. She prefers to wear dark clothing with a grunge aesthetic and combat boots. Her skin is pale, like the rest of her family, and is absent of any blemishes, besides the one on her left eye, or scars. Her ears are both pierced and she likes to wear silver jewelry, mainly hearts, crescents, dragons, and skulls.
