Evan was born into a middle-class family in the south of Essex, his father was a wizard of average skill, whom specialized in transfiguration. His mother, a muggle-born woman, lived with her family above the bakery that they ran. Both of them met at the shop, Evans father often visiting to see her and transfiguring beautiful things for her. They soon married and took over the family business of baking, but with a new magical twist on the pastries. All of them had intricate designs on them, or were shaped like adorable animals. They gained good standing among the people of Essex and their little shop is still a must stop by for may visitors to the area.

Soon a blonde, bouncy, baby boy was born. Evan showed magical prowess by the age of two when he turned a teapot into a tortoise on accident, which delighted both his parents immensely. As he grew up he made many muggle friends around the neighborhood, and helped out around the bakery. He learned as much about magic from his dad as he did baking from his mother.  Though as he got older he longed for friends that he could talk about magic with, the idea of Hogwarts often excited him.

Now Eleven, Evan has received his Hogwarts letter.  He is at an average height for a boy his age, with wild curly blond hair and honest blue-green eyes. He is the first person to end a fight, and to console someone who is feeling down. He is prone to bouts of excited optimism and it's very hard to deter him from anything he sets his mind too. Evan is a reliable, kind, and determined person ready to find his place in Hogwarts.
